I don't see much of us influencing the culture around us in "cultural" matters. I do see the church being influenced. I see every last bit of popular Christian culture being a shoddy imitation of the secular realm. Just ask any passionate and knowledgeable lovers of rock music. It's painful to hear what they say about contemporary Christian music. The graphic arts? I don't see much worth preserving there, either. Architecture? Ha! <br /><br />OK, I'm done being an old coot.
